Heyo, it’s Dani Fish. I’m a 20-something year old, ice cream obsessed, lady that lives for my days off to play in my kitchen. Armed with the knowledge from my Baking and Pastry Arts degree, countless hours destroying the kitchen with experiments and having the best mentor the world has ever seen, I started this blog to let you all into my baking brain.
